Our pieces are packaged with care in order that they reach you in perfect condition. Sent by Royal Mail we provide a UK standard service unless otherwise agreed.
If you choose not to go for the insured options then I can accept no responsibility for lost or damaged items. I always obtain proof of posting.

Policies:
At Ruby Rose our aim is to ‘provide a little happiness’ through the collections we sell, therefore if an item is not to your satisfaction we would like to know about it. We will refund items that are genuinely faulty or in the unlikely case that you are not happy with your purchase, if we are notified within 4 days of purchase and the item is returned safely to us in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt.
